Etiquette at Gym

Are you fond of fitness at Gym? But probably, you do not realize that sometimes your behaviour could disturb other people there. That's why you have to take a look below :

1. Obey the time limit. Some fitness equipment has the time limit. Usually you have 30 minutes to use one device. Although you get used to the equipment, you'd better not cover the timer with towel (in order that nobody can see it if you have finished or not). If you want to use it freely, don't come to the gym at rush hours. You may come between 11 am and 2 pm.

2. Turn off your cell phone. Your cell phone may disturb the people at the gym. Turn it off or make it silent.

3. Put back the equipment. Never forget to put back the equipment into its place. For example, do not leave the dumbbell in any place where it can disturb others because it can stumble somebody.
